Investrade adopts an opportunistic and balanced approach towards its investment strategy with a focus on building steady revenue streams and sustainable recurring income for the Firm, its shareholders and investors. Investrade’s shareholders and investors comprise of well-respected private and institutional parties from the region who continue to support the Firm since its inception in 2003.

Investrade leverages its strong relationships with its specialized international partners to source, structure and execute quality transactions across several asset-classes, sectors and geographies. These transactions include direct investments as well as fund investments which are offered to Investrade’s shareholders and private investors. Investrade would also invest in these transactions to ensure alignment of interests.

CORPORATE INVESTMENTS

Corporate Investments refer to partial or majority acquisition of private equity businesses in select sectors such as food & beverages, education and technology.

Such opportunities which are usually sourced by Investrade’s Investment team or through the Firm’s wide network of partners are screened against a pre-determined set of investment criteria that is derived from Investrade’s strategy. Typically, the operating partner would invest alongside Investrade and its investors in the deal.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS

Investrade’s strategy towards Real Estate Investments include development projects and income-generating assets.

Such a strategy offers a balanced approach across a number of sectors such as; office space, multifamily, education, logistics, hospitality, retail, student housing, and senior living among others.

TREASURY & CAPITAL MARKETS

In addition to managing Investrade’s liquidity, the Treasury and Capital Markets business line offers investors an opportunity to balance their risk-return profiles by investing in short to medium-term financial securities, structured notes, listed equities and Sukuk funds across the globe.

Such investments typically offer a lower degree of risk, steady income as well as liquidity and are often structured or launched in collaboration with quality regional and international partners.
