For complaints, contact the Complaints Officer through one of the following modes:
- Submit a written complaint using one of the following means:
- Post it to Investrade, BWTC, East Tower, 29th Floor, P. O Box no. 65269; or
- Fax it to +973 17-514151; or
- Email it to email@example.com.
- Submit a complaint by calling Complaints Officer on +973-17514155.
Complaints received by us shall be acknowledged within five working days of receipt of complaint and full response to the complaint will be sent within 4 weeks of receiving the complaint explaining our position and how we propose to deal with the complaint.
At the end of the investigation, you will be informed in writing of the result and further appeal options, if required.
